The EDAC-12 series DC-AC double wave coloring power supply is a high-energy power product developed based on advanced European technology standards (IEC-146 compliant) and specialized coloring technology. This equipment is designed for electrolytic coloring of aluminum alloy extruded profiles for architectural applications, aluminum alloy car parts surface coloring, and other specialized electrolytic coloring applications.
Advanced Coloring Technology
The DC-AC intelligent coloring power operation begins with pulsating DC output to activate the aluminum alloy surface after oxidation, followed by shaping and homogenization treatment. This process ensures consistent color deposition during subsequent AC electrodeposition of metal ions, particularly effective for light color series including champagne, stainless steel imitation, and light bronze finishes.
